02What the site is
The site presents Humallis, its companies, their plans and how to reach us. It is provided for general information only.
03Plans, targets and forward-looking statements
Much of the site describes the future: research centres, engines, a lunar base, Mars, Saturn’s rings and products in development. These are goals, not promises. Dates and figures are targets that depend on physics, funding, regulation and many other factors outside our control, and they may change at any time without notice.
Nothing on the site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, shares, securities or any other financial instrument, and nothing on it is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Any investment would only be made through separate legal documentation.
04Live figures
Distances, light-travel times and launch windows shown on the site are calculated in your browser from approximate published orbital elements. They are illustrative and must not be used for navigation, research or any decision where accuracy matters.
05Acceptable use
When you use the site, you agree not to:
- break any applicable law;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or connected systems;
- interfere with how the site works, for example by overloading it, introducing malware or getting around security measures;
- copy or scrape the site in bulk, or use its content to train machine-learning models, without our written permission;
- pretend to be Humallis or suggest a connection with us that does not exist.
06Intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos, animations and code, belong to Humallis or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. “Humallis”, the Humallis mark and “PluxGames” are names and marks of Humallis and its group companies.
You may view the site, share links to it, and print or save pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including copying, changing or distributing content or using our names and marks, needs our prior written permission.
Third-party material is credited on the site and remains under its own licence, for example NASA imagery and the Saturn map by Oleg Pluton under CC BY 4.0.
07Links to other sites
The site links to websites we do not control, and to sites run by our group companies under their own terms, such as pluxgames.com. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.
08Availability and changes to the site
We may change, suspend or withdraw the site, or any part of it, at any time. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.
09No warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
10Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Humallis is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the site, your inability to use it or your reliance on its content.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published here, with the date at the top, applies to your use of the site from that date.
12Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Humallis Inc. is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of that country have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law gives you, as a consumer, the right to go to the courts where you live. If you live in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.
